Rates for extrajudicial collection are on a ‘no cure-no pay’ basis
We don’t charge office expenses.
Special rate for ten countries. For other countries upon request.

Costs for Credit Information: € 60,00 (plus 19% VAT) for Holland, Belgium, Danmark and Germany.
Legal advice
Standard hourly rate € 80,00.
Should it be advisable to seek external advice and would the costs of this advise exceed the standard hourly rate of Hakort International, the client is consulted in advance.
